Air Canada is seeking a permanent full-time Aircraft Maintenance Engineer for our Winnipeg Maintenance Centre. Ideal candidates must possess the ability to use appropriate tools and techniques for aircraft maintenance, as well as be proficient in diagnostic troubleshooting using schematic diagrams. Teamwork, strong communication, and a customer-focused attitude are key in this high-pressure role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct airframe maintenance using industry-standard methods
• Utilize computers and diagnostic tools for troubleshooting
• Communicate effectively within maintenance teams
• Uphold safety and compliance in all operations
• Maintain a customer-oriented approach under stress
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completed recognized apprenticeship or 4 years of experience
• Valid Transport Canada AME M2 certification
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks
• Must work night shifts and weekends
