Position: Automotive Mechanic Apprentice at Calm Air

As a full-time Apprentice, you will report to the GSE Manager and conduct repairs and maintenance on a variety of light and heavy-duty equipment throughout Manitoba and Nunavut. This role combines independent work and team collaboration, allowing you to thrive in a fast-paced setting and travel to various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete maintenance and services on vehicles and equipment

• Diagnose and repair all company ground service equipment

• Troubleshoot and inspect equipment for safe operation

• Maintain proper documentation within MTCpro

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs

Requirements:

• Grade 12 or equivalent (GED) required

• Heavy-Duty and/or Automotive Apprentice status

• 1-5 years of related experience

• Valid class 5 driving license

• Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to lift 50 lbs
