We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Drywall Taper to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for finishing drywall surfaces to create smooth, seamless walls and ceilings that meet high-quality standards. • Apply joint compound (mud) to drywall seams, corners, and fasteners to achieve a flawless surface finish
• Tape drywall joints using paper or fiberglass mesh tape for secure and smooth seams
• Sand and smooth dried joint compound to prepare surfaces for painting or further finishing
• Caulk around edges, trim, and fixtures to ensure airtight and visually appealing finishes
• Read blueprints and project specifications to accurately execute taping and finishing tasks
• Assist with other carpentry or handyman tasks as needed to support overall project progress
• Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and debris removal throughout the job site.

• Minimum 6 months of experience as a Mud Tapper or in a similar construction role.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions.
• Knowledge of construction safety practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
