On-Site | Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay Range: $18.57 $ 37.97/hr + Bonus Pay | Journeyman & Apprentice Rates Available

What You'll Do:

Youll play a key role in keeping our fleet in top shape by handling everything from diagnostics to major repairs. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Performing routine maintenance: oil changes, tire service, brake adjustments, etc.
  • Conducting CVIP inspections and full systems diagnostics
  • Troubleshooting and repairing diesel engines, transmissions, electrical and suspension systems
  • Using industry-standard diagnostic tools and software to pinpoint and fix issues
  • Documenting all repairs and maintenance in a clear, accurate manner
  • Working alongside a solid team and mentoring junior techs
  • Prioritizing safety in every task

    • Who You Are:

    You're not just turning wrenches you're solving problems and keeping the wheels of business moving. You're a great fit if you have:

  • Red Seal Certification as a Heavy Duty Equipment Technician (or equivalent)
  • 35+ years of experience working on transport trucks/trailers
  • Strong knowledge of diesel engines, electrical systems, and hydraulics
  • Solid troubleshooting skills and familiarity with diagnostic equipment
  • The ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
  • A clean, valid drivers license
  • Willingness to work flexible hours (including weekends when needed)

    • Pay & Perks:

    We offer great compensation based on your experience and qualifications:

  • Journeyman Rate: $35.29 $ 37.97/hr
  • Apprentice Rate: $23.17 $ 30.30/hr
