Carpenter - Commercial Service

Paramount Services Ltd. is looking for an experienced Commercial Carpenter to join our growing service team.

This position offers a variety of work including commercial renovations, tenant improvements, repairs, maintenance, and service projects throughout Winnipeg. If you enjoy solving problems, working independently, and taking pride in quality workmanship, we'd like to hear from you.

• Complete commercial carpentry repairs, renovations, and maintenance projects.
• Install doors, frames, hardware, trim, cabinetry, millwork, and fixtures.
• Perform framing, drywall, finishing, ceiling tile, and general carpentry work.
• Complete building maintenance and service work at commercial properties.
• Read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Work independently or alongside other trades as required.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment.

• 3+ years of carpentry, renovation, or construction experience.
• Commercial construction or maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry methods, materials, and building practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete projects independently.
• Experience using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Valid Class 5 driver's licence.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical work.

• Red Seal Carpenter certification.
• Commercial tenant improvement experience.
• Drywall finishing and painting experience.
• Experience working in occupied commercial buildings.
• Aerial lift, forklift, or fall protection certifications.

• $25–$35 per hour, based on experience.
