Procon Mining and Tunnelling is seeking experienced Long Hole Drillers for their Northern Manitoba project. These positions offer a rotational 14/14 schedule and the opportunity to work on challenging underground mining projects. Ideal candidates are safety-focused, reliable, and thrive in fast-paced environments while collaborating with diverse teams.

• Minimum five (5) years working full-time in an underground mining environment
• Minimum two (2) years experience long hole drilling
• Competency with Epiroc drills
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills
• Ability to read and interpret mine engineering drawings and drill prints
• Effective communication skills
• Willingness to work a 2-weeks-on / 2-weeks-off rotational schedule
• Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs repetitively
• Ability to collaborate with diverse crews
• Positive attitude and initiative
• Pre-employment alcohol and drug test
