Start your journey in collision repair as an Autobody Apprentice with Boyd Autobody & Glass. This role empowers you to gain essential skills through hands-on training and mentorship.

As a Level 1 Body Apprentice, you'll engage in a 24-month Technician Development Program designed for aspiring collision repair technicians. Boyd Autobody provides an enriching workplace with a focus on safety and professional growth. Apprentices will gain shop experience and I-CAR training to support their career advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow shop safety procedures and maintain organization

• Actively engage in assigned training and skill application

• Help in vehicle disassembly and repair planning

• Assist with minor repairs and surface preparation tasks

• Support reassembly of vehicles under technician guidance

Requirements:

• Completion of High School Diploma or equivalent

• Enrollment in an Auto Body Repair program preferred

• Familiarity with hand tools and equipment

• Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and hold a valid driver's license
