As an Apprentice Diesel Service Technician at Tubby’s, you will be vital to maintaining the performance of our customer fleet. Ideal candidates should possess strong diagnostic skills and the ability to work autonomously or as part of a team. This role requires a commitment to delivering quality mechanical solutions during afternoon shifts from 3:30 pm to 11:00 pm.
Key Responsibilities:
• Interact with Service Advisors to gather work orders
• Inspect and test engines, transmissions, and brakes
• Repair diesel systems using specialized tools
• Perform scheduled maintenance like oil changes
• Advise on vehicle condition and future repairs
Requirements:
• Completion of Diesel Service Technician Apprenticeship Certificate
• Ability to work independently
• Valid Driver’s License with clean abstract
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Enrolled in 3rd or 4th year of schooling
