Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as technical owner for building automation systems

• Manage controls including HVAC and security systems

• Troubleshoot and maintain automated control equipment

• Plan and execute upgrades and disaster recovery

• Provide training and technical support to users

Requirements:

• 5+ years in building automation or industrial controls

• Experience with Honeywell, Siemens, or similar platforms

• Journeyperson Electrician or related technical training

• Understanding of BAS protocols like BACnet and Modbus

• Strong troubleshooting and analysis capabilities
