Position: Millwright with Red Seal
Join Maple Leaf Foods as a Millwright in Winnipeg, focusing on maintaining and servicing production equipment. Your expertise in electrical systems and mechanical knowledge will ensure safe plant operations.

In this role, you'll carry out troubleshooting, repairs, and installations of processing equipment. Candidates must possess a valid Millwright's license with 3-5 years of experience. Your ability to work with complex mechanical systems, including pneumatics and hydraulics, will enhance our production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair processing equipment

• Execute work orders with corrective actions

• Manage inventory and labor via a computerized system

• Read and interpret mechanical drawings/schematics

• Perform welding and machining for repairs

Requirements:

• Valid Millwright's license (Red Seal)

• Minor electrical repair knowledge required

• 3-5 years of relevant experience

• Own hand tools for repair tasks

• Must lift up to 50 lbs regularly
