As a key part of BELFOR’s Operations Division, you will perform restoration tasks for both residential and commercial construction. Your attention to detail and strong communication skills will foster customer satisfaction, while your ability to interpret blueprints ensures quality execution. You will work independently and collaboratively, supporting safety initiatives and maintaining organized job sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare material take-offs and read blueprints accurately

• Perform restoration tasks from site preparation to completion

• Identify and resolve issues affecting project timelines

• Foster strong relationships with clients and subcontractors

• Conduct hazard assessments and maintain safe job sites

Requirements:

• Proficiency in basic math skills

• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a vehicle

• Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment

• Attention to detail and safeguarding property

• 1+ years in construction, restoration, or insurance (preferred)
