Expert Electrician at CGC Inc. Wheatland

Join CGC Inc. as an Expert Electrician at the Wheatland plant, where your electrical skills will be pivotal in ensuring efficient manufacturing operations.

We are on the lookout for experienced Journeyman/Master Electricians with a minimum of three years in a manufacturing role. In this position, you'll install, maintain, and repair electrical components, focusing on compliance with Canadian Electrical Codes. Your capability in troubleshooting advanced control systems will contribute to our efforts in continuous improvement and safety across the plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation and preventative maintenance on electrical systems

• Troubleshoot and repair AC/DC motors and controls

• Work with wiring schematics to execute tasks

• Operate relevant electrical testing equipment

• Engage in plant safety programs and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in electrical roles

• Solid foundation in electrical and technical skills

• Strong knowledge of safety practices and computer skills

• Capability to interpret and execute schematics

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
