Position: Millwright with Electrical Skills
Join Maple Leaf Foods as a Millwright, where your electrical and mechanical skills will directly impact production. Ensure safe operations while maintaining crucial facility equipment in a challenging environment.

In this role, you will leverage your valid Millwright's license and 3-5 years of experience. Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and installations of processing equipment while adhering to safety protocols. Your expertise in power transmission, pneumatics, and hydraulics will be instrumental in ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair processing equipment efficiently

• Read and understand mechanical drawings and schematics

• Perform welding and fabrication for equipment repairs

• Maintain inventory and work orders in the computerized system

• Ensure adherence to health and safety policies

Requirements:

• Valid Millwright's license (Red Seal) required

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role

• Knowledge of plant operations and equipment

• Ability to organize and plan daily tasks independently

• Own hand tools for repair tasks
