Position: Electrician Role at KPIC Maintenance Services
Location: Portage la Prairie

In this role, you will support various electrical tasks in the grain handling and food processing sectors. Your expertise in interpreting construction drawings and maintaining equipment will be key to your success. Collaborating with a team of Millwrights and Welders, you’ll complete repairs and maintenance efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical maintenance and installations

• Clean and maintain tools and work areas

• Assist in troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems

• Conduct training sessions for newer workers

• Use various electrical testing tools competently

Requirements:

• Must reside within 1 hour of Regina

• Enrolled in an Apprenticeship program;
Journeyman status preferred

• Ability to program and troubleshoot VFDs is a plus

• Experience in industrial maintenance environments

• Valid safety tickets including First Aid and fall arrest
