Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will ensure the effective execution of audiovisual tasks while fostering strong client relationships. This role involves troubleshooting equipment during events, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring client satisfaction through proactive engagement on-site. Flexibility in working hours is essential, given the varied demands of event timing and locations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute setup and operation of AV equipment
• Ensure flawless execution of events through technical support
• Build positive client relationships on-site
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the event
• Follow all safety requirements and protocols
Requirements:
• Have a High School Diploma;
Associate degree preferred
• 1 year in customer service or AV role
• Complete Technical Level 3 Certification within 180 days
• Valid driver’s license for Company vehicles
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
