As an HVAC Technician, your main tasks will involve servicing, troubleshooting, and maintaining HVAC systems, including boilers and chillers. You will also monitor automation systems while adhering to safety guidelines. This role encourages ongoing learning and allows you to oversee mechanical projects enhancing operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems in high-rise buildings
• Conduct regular maintenance and inspections on equipment
• Monitor and fine-tune HVAC automation technologies
• Lead HVAC mechanical projects as needed
• Keep HVAC documentation and logs up to date
Requirements:
• G1 preferred; G2 considered, based on experience
• Familiarity with HVAC automation systems is a plus
• Refrigeration license (313D or 313A) preferred
• Proficient time-management skills and multitasking ability
• Excellent communication in all formats
