In this vital role, you will manage daily operations and preventive maintenance for our building systems, ensuring safety and compliance. Your skills in troubleshooting and repairs will directly impact the efficiency of our properties. Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and support heating and HVAC systems
• Perform testing and preventive maintenance routines
• Resolve service calls and mechanical issues effectively
• Document maintenance procedures and compliance
• Plan inspection schedules for mechanical systems
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in buildings
• Valid 4th or 5th Class Power Engineer Certificate
• Proficient in HVAC, boilers, and pumps
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
• Ability to work on-call when needed
