Paragon Living is looking for a detail-oriented Deficiency Carpenter to collaborate with the Construction Team. With a focus on finishing and corrective repairs, you will work across multi-family projects to ensure readiness and high standards for occupancy. Candidates should have a minimum of three years' experience in adjusting finishes and addressing deficiencies effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Address quality inspection deficiencies and complete corrective work

• Perform carpentry tasks including trim and cabinetry finishing

• Execute drywall repairs and touch-ups to meet quality assurance

• Track deficiency items and ensure timely completion

• Inspect work to verify adherence to project specifications

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of finishing carpentry experience

• Knowledge of residential construction methods and materials

• Ability to read construction drawings and reports

• Experience with occupied building environments is an asset

• Valid Class 5 Driver's License and reliable transportation
