As the HVAC Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in guiding your team to execute maintenance, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and delivering on-demand services. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and mentor Technicians in maintenance tasks

• Monitor compliance with all safety and environmental regulations

• Perform regular system inspections and maintenance

• Respond to service requests efficiently

• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities

Requirements:

• High school diploma plus technical education

• 3-5 years of relevant maintenance experience

• Experience leading teams preferred

• Required trade licenses (Refrigeration, Electrical)

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
