Canad Inns is on the hunt for a skilled Expert Maintenance Technician. This position focuses on ensuring operational efficiency through ongoing repairs and maintenance of various systems. Candidates should be physically fit and possess the expertise to execute multiple repair and upkeep tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and repair various equipment and systems
• Ensure rooms are always in presentable condition
• Address heating, ventilation, and air conditioning maintenance
• Carry out preventative maintenance as required
• Fix broken mirrors and hang fixtures promptly
Requirements:
• Minimum experience as a Maintenance Technician
• Ability to work at different heights
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs
• Must be comfortable with year-round outdoor tasks
• Must have flexible availability for shifts
