Sawatzky’s is looking for a Service Technician who is mechanically inclined, customer-focused, and interested in building practical knowledge in appliance repair. This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys problem solving, hands‑on work, and helping customers keep their homes running smoothly.

• Diagnose and repair major household appliances.
• Pre-diagnose appliance issues based on information provided by customers.
• Quote customers on repairs based on pre-diagnosis or service appointments.
• Create invoices for customers related to repairs and diagnoses.
• Work closely with administration to coordinate customer service needs.
• Represent Sawatzky’s with professional, friendly, and dependable service.

• Mechanical aptitude and interest in appliance repair.
• Detail-oriented approach to diagnostics, repairs, and follow-up.
• Ability to adapt in a changing service environment.
• Comfortable working independently and with internal teams.
• Reliable commute to our Winkler and Morden locations.
