Environmental Remediation Lead Technician

Are you passionate about making homes safer? We need a Lead Technician who has at least three years of experience in environmental remediation and can lead field crews effectively. Responsibilities include conducting mould and asbestos remediation and ensuring compliance with industry standards while mentoring your team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage remediation projects with compliance
• Set up and monitor environmental controls and negative air systems
• Perform selective demolition and remediation work
• Complete documentation and safety reporting
• Participate in emergency response on-call rotation
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in environmental remediation
• Strong knowledge of site safety and mould remediation
• IICRC certification required
• Valid driver's license and PPE capability
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform various tasks
