Position: Audiovisual Technician for Events

In this technician role, you will support events by setting up and operating audiovisual equipment to meet client needs. With experience in customer service and hospitality, you'll foster positive relationships with clients and guests, ensuring equipment functionality throughout events. You will contribute to the overall event experience and increase revenue through effective communication and upselling techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate audiovisual equipment for events

• Provide on-site customer service and support

• Monitor client needs throughout the event

• Troubleshoot and solve equipment issues promptly

• Ensure compliance with safety and operational protocols

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required;
Associate degree preferred

• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience

• 1 year of audio-visual experience preferred

• Valid driver’s license for company vehicle operation

• Must lift up to 50 lbs
