Sterling Crane is seeking a Crane Operator, offering both Journeyperson/Red Seal and 3rd Year Apprentice opportunities. You will assist with crane assembly, rigging, and equipment delivery, ensuring every operation meets safety protocols. This full-time, unionized position requires a Class 1A driver’s license and adherence to safe work practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in assembling and disassembling cranes
• Rig equipment accurately for performance needs
• Support maintenance tasks for cranes and shop duties
• Deliver equipment and rigging as required
Requirements:
• Journeyperson certificate or 3rd year Apprentice
• Class 1A driver’s license necessary
• Commitment to safety and teamwork
• Good standing with IUOE 987 or willingness to join
