Maintain food processing equipment as a Maintenance Mechanic in Winnipeg, using mechanical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills. Work 12-hour night shifts Thursday through Saturday.

This Maintenance Mechanic role supports processing and packaging equipment through repairs, diagnostics, Maximo work orders, and continuous improvement. The position requires mechanical and pneumatic knowledge, basic electrical troubleshooting, and industrial maintenance experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform preventive and reactive equipment maintenance
- Install, repair, and replace processing machinery
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues
- Manage work orders and parts requisitions in Maximo
- Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement
- High school diploma or GED
- At least two years of industrial maintenance experience
- Mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience using hand tools, multimeters, and CMMS technology
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work at heights
