Adecco is hiring a Journeyman Refrigeration Mechanic / Service Manager for permanent, full-time work in Saskatoon, SK. This senior technician position offers a path toward Service Manager leadership while supporting apprentices, junior technicians, customers, and coworkers. Technical service remains central to the work.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead technical support for the Saskatoon service team
Build customer relationships and assist with escalations
Coordinate service planning, scheduling, and operations
Support recruitment, onboarding, and technician development
Collaborate on service improvements and business growth
Requirements:
Journeyman Refrigeration Mechanic Certification required
At least five years commercial HVAC and refrigeration experience
Strong communication and leadership skills
Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
Legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
