This permanent, direct-hire position supports industrial laser machining equipment at customer sites. You will install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machinery while providing technical support. The work combines diagnostic tools, electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and customer communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Install and maintain industrial laser machining equipment
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues onsite
Interpret schematics and technical drawings
Provide onsite and remote customer support
Document repairs and service recommendations
Requirements:
Industrial machinery troubleshooting and repair experience
Knowledge of bearings, ball screws, gears, and motion systems
Experience using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and diagnostic tools
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to travel extensively and lift up to 50 pounds
Use hands-on mechanical, electrical, and customer service skills to support industrial laser equipment across North America.
