MIG Structural Steel Welder Fitter

Apply MIG welding and structural steel fitting skills in an on-site Welder-Fitter position focused on accurate metal fabrication. Work occurs at the physical location, with no remote option.
This Welder-Fitter position involves interpreting welding specifications, blueprints, drawings, manuals, and processes. You will operate manual, semi-automatic, or automated welding equipment while assembling structural metal sections. The work includes examining welds, determining materials, and installing fabricated components in final products.

Interpret welding process specifications and engineering drawings
Operate manual, semi-automatic, or automated welding equipment
Examine welds against required standards and specifications
Assemble and fit plates and sections into structures
Install fabricated components in final products
Requirements:
English language ability
MIG welding experience
Structural metal or steel specialization
Experience is an asset
Steel-toed boots and welding helmet
Use MIG welding, blueprint interpretation, and fitting skills to fabricate structural steel components accurately on site.
