Train customers and technical teams on Sandvik Mining ITH Drills while supporting digitalized, automated underground mining environments from Winnipeg.
As Product Technical Specialist – Heavy Equipment, you will strengthen technical competencies among internal personnel and external customers. Your work centers on underground drilling equipment, customer training, technical guidance, and product support. You will also investigate recurring problems and collaborate with internal technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Train customers on purchased equipment features and operation
- Guide internal stakeholders through product training and support
- Investigate and resolve complex technical problems
- Monitor recurring issues and collaborate on solutions
- Maintain positive relationships supporting future business
- Red Seal Heavy Duty Equipment certification
- At least five years of technical experience
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Active listening and strong customer relations abilities
- Willingness to work underground and travel approximately 60%
