OVERVIEWWorking as Full-time Quality Project Analyst, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks surrounding the OEM part approval process and maintaining deviation approvals during OEM project implementation. You will be responsible for planning, executing and monitoring the sample and documentation library activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Coordinating resources and communicating needs to support resolution for rejected, deviated or clarified parts
- Collaborating with Supply Chain and Procurement teams to develop stocking and distribution strategies, incorporating efficient sample and quality documentation availability
- Collaborating with vendors to ensure products meet customer print requirements
- Tracking and reporting project milestones and providing status reports to internal stakeholders
- Managing project scope by ensuring proper documentation and approval of project change requests
- Analyzing GAP Reporting and priority planning to maintain integrity throughout the part approval process
- Possess or working towards a degree in Business or a related field of study OR possess quoting, sourcing, project management or sales work experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
- Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills

- Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)
- Possess knowledge of OEM quality approval
- Possess sales or management experience
- Previous project management work experience

COMPENSATIONThe base pay range for this position is $46,800 - 56,200. In addition to base pay, this position is also eligible for a bonus and/or commission.
