Shift Supervisor (Full Time

• Position: Full Time Shift Supervisor (Hiring Immediately)
• Location: 700 Terrace Heights, Winona, MN 55987 (Saint Mary's University campus)
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 2:30 pm to 10:15 pm (Full time)
• Pay Range: $19.00 – $20.00 per hour
• Requirements: Prior cooking and management experience. Position requires the ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that the assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure are maintained.

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance of workers, reward high performers and discipline employees who fail to meet performance standards.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety.
• Act as contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor employees, develop them, and encourage goal setting and advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
