• Provide exceptional preventive and periodontal care.
• Educate patients on oral health and personalized treatment needs.
• Perform SRP, prophy, periodontal maintenance, and screenings.
• Partner with the doctor to co‑diagnose and improve patient outcomes.
• Build lasting relationships that keep patients engaged and returning.
• Deliver high‑quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence‑based protocols.
• Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.
• Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co‑diagnose and personalize treatment.
• Create a welcoming, judgement‑free environment for every patient.
• Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.

• Licensed Dental Hygienist in Minnesota (or soon to be licensed), active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads welcome).
• Strong communication and clinical skills.
• Passion for patient care and education.
• Positive, team‑first mindset.
• Current CPR certification.

• Competitive hourly pay ($50‑$55) plus bonus opportunities and up to $10,000 sign‑on bonus.
