Water Aerobics Instructor $15.00 per hour
As a Water Aerobics Instructor, you will guide participants of all fitness levels through water‑based exercises while maintaining a positive and engaging class environment.
Minimum age to apply: 15 years old.
- Teach aerobic and strength training exercises in an aquatic setting
- Modify exercises for various fitness levels
- Emphasis placed on maintaining a positive and engaging class environment
- Ensure participants follow safety guidelines
- All other duties as assigned
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Maturity and ability to handle responsibility
- Communication and cooperation with supervisors, other staff and participants
- Ability to perform tasks of nominal difficulty and acquire limited skill to do work of the department
- Physical strength and ability to perform strenuous manual labor for extended periods of time
- Ability to work in adverse climatic conditions for extended periods of time

Employee regularly lifts up to 10 pounds; frequently lifts up to 50 pounds; and occasionally lifts more than 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision and depth perception.
