Seasonal - Water Aerobics Instructor

Water Aerobics Instructor $15.00 per hour

As a Water Aerobics Instructor, you will guide participants of all fitness levels through water‑based exercises while maintaining a positive and engaging class environment.

Minimum age to apply: 15 years old.

• Teach aerobic and strength training exercises in an aquatic setting
• Modify exercises for various fitness levels
• Emphasis placed on maintaining a positive and engaging class environment
• Ensure participants follow safety guidelines
• All other duties as assigned

• Ability to follow oral and written instructions
• Maturity and ability to handle responsibility
• Communication and cooperation with supervisors, other staff and participants
• Ability to perform tasks of nominal difficulty and acquire limited skill to do work of the department
• Physical strength and ability to perform strenuous manual labor for extended periods of time
• Ability to work in adverse climatic conditions for extended periods of time
