Salary Range: $5,700 - $6,270
Responsibilities:
Winona Area Public Schools is seeking a Head Coach for the Girls Swim & Dive Program for the 202627 school year. We are looking for a coach who will support student-athletes both in and out of the pool, build strong relationships within the program, and continue to promote a culture of growth, teamwork, and excellence. This position includes:
- Day-to-day coaching and instruction of student-athletes at Winona Senior High School
- Oversight of all aspects of the girls swimming and diving program
- Coordination and management of program equipment
- Operation and supervision of meet timing equipment
- Leadership in fostering a positive, competitive, and student-centered team culture
The season begins August 17, 2026, and concludes in November 2026.
