Winona Area Public Schools continuously accepts online applications for prospective substitute teachers to sub for our district. Applications will be reviewed as needed. Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
Substitute Teachers perform the instructional and classroom management processes for teachers who are absent for a day or longer periods of time. Their duties include taking attendance, following sub plans, explaining homework, and maintaining classroom cleanliness.

Qualifications:

Candidates applying for this vacancy should hold a current teaching license or a Short-Call Substitute license issued by the Minnesota Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board (PELSB). Applicants who have a bachelor's degree, but not in education can apply for a Short-Call Substitute license through the Minnesota Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board.
