Summary
The Product Engineer serves as the primary customer contact for New Product Launch (NPL) activities, overseeing all manufacturing processes, materials, and tooling to ensure products meet customer expectations.
Responsibilities- Lead manufacturing activities of assigned products through prototype, pilot, and production.
- Oversee implementation of customer documentation changes and internal change orders.
- Actively participate in new customer development and new business development.
- Analyze line return information to understand and drive corrective action on manufacturing process issues.
- Perform product‑level FMEAs as required.
- Participate in Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen continuous improvement activities.
- Review engineering design drawings and DFX reports prior to production release for manufacturability.
- Evaluate and qualify new manufacturing processes, materials, and equipment.
- Lead internal and external corrective action plans.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

- Ability to support a 24/7 global business operation as required.
- Understanding and use of metrics and continuous improvement tools (e.g., DPMO, FPY, DPM, Six Sigma, FMEA, etc.).
- 4‑year engineering or technical degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience as approved by executive management.
- 5+ years of electronics manufacturing experience.
- Lean Sigma Greenbelt certification.
- Familiarity with advanced technologies and applications.
- Master of advanced technologies and applications.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, including day and overnight stays as required.
4‑year engineering or technical degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience as approved by executive management.

Shift & Work ScheduleShift 1 – Monday to Friday, 0800‑1630.
CompensationCompensation Range: $81,154.00 to $ USD. Compensation decisions consider skills, certifications, experience, and business needs.
