Product Development Engineer - Onsite (Administrative)
The Product Development Engineer is responsible for the formulation and development of engineered thermoplastic compounds. This is a hands‑on position that requires a significant amount of formulation, process, and lab work, as well as day to day interaction with customers, material, and equipment vendors, other RTP Development Engineers, Technicians, Sales Engineers, Customer Service Representatives, and Market and Product Managers. The overall responsibilities of this position will vary in accordance with which area of product specialty the Product Development Engineer is assigned.
