Certified Surgical Tech; CST - Outpatient Surgery

Love + Medicine is the guiding philosophy of our outpatient surgery center in Winona, MN. We are currently seeking a full‑time Certified Surgical Technician (CST) to work 36 hours per week.

• Work 36 hours/week on 8‑hour day shifts starting at 6:15am, with occasional late shift.
• No weekends or holidays.
• Potential to float to La Crosse Outpatient Surgery Center and Main OR if low census in Winona.

• Graduate from an accredited surgical tech program.
• Certification within 2 years of hire date.
• Current Infant‑Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers certification with hands‑on learning from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• DESIRED: 1 or more years of experience.

• Starting pay of $26.30/hour, with increases for years of experience.
