Responsibilities:- Oversee the daily operations of our dining services, including food preparation, presentation, and service
- Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs of our residents, patients, and clients
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and quality control measures
- Manage inventory, ordering, and food procurement to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
- Supervise, train, and mentor dietary staff, including cooks, servers, and dishwashers
- Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and supplies
- Develop, implement, and maintain department policies, procedures, and protocols
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, nutritionists, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of dietary services
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure adherence to quality standards
- Stay up-to-date with the latest food trends, menu planning, and nutritional science to continuously improve our dining services
- Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Service Management, or related field (n/a)
- Minimum (n/a) years of experience in food service management, preferably in a healthcare or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and quality control measures
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
