A leading surgical group in Winona, Minnesota is seeking to expand its team with the addition of a Surgical First Assist, SA-C, CSFA or RNFA to join their team. Full benefits offered with salaried role and PTO.
Position Highlights:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday. 1:4 weekend call schedule (compensated)
- Surgical Time: 30-35 hours per week.
- Responsibilities: First assist duties within general robotics, laparoscopic, neurosurgery, orthopedics and plastic surgery. Ability to train in specific specialties
- Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 based on experience. Quarterly bonuses offered.
- Experience: 1 year of robotics experience preferred. New graduate with surgical tech and first-assist training will be considered!
- Benefits: PTO, 401k with match, CME stipend and healthcare plans offered. Malpractice and tail coverage.
