The Information Technology Support Intern will provide direct technical assistance and support to staff for network, hardware and software issues. Intern will also work directly with the school’s contracted I.T. management organization personnel to ensure the school’s technology is as appropriate and functional as possible. This is a learning opportunity for the intern as well, to build skills while working in a professional setting with support.
Licensureand Certification Requirements
Must be pursuing an undergraduate or graduate level degree in business, communications or computer related field. Minimum of two years of college or trade school education in a business, communications or computer related field.
Additional RequirementsEndorsement by University staff as appropriate. Must be available to work onsite at least 4 hours per week. Must be vetted/interviewed by staff from contracted I.T. management organization to ensure skill set and ability to perform the job. Availability for a full BMS semester or more.
