Looking for a stable full-time position with weekly pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth? Carlson Building Maintenance is hiring a Floor Care Technician in Winona, MN.

In this role, you'll help maintain the appearance and cleanliness of a large retail facility by operating floor care equipment, maintaining hard floor surfaces, cleaning carpets, and performing general cleaning duties. No floor care experience? We can train the right candidate.

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

Career Growth Opportunities

• Operate floor scrubbers, buffers, extractors, and other floor care equipment
• Clean and maintain hard floor surfaces through scrubbing, buffing, and routine maintenance
• Vacuum, shampoo, bonnet, and extract carpeted areas
• Perform restroom and general cleaning duties as needed
• Follow safety procedures and cleaning standards
• Inspect equipment and report maintenance needs
  
  Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment
• Complete assigned cleaning projects independently and efficiently

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation required
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
• Ability to push and pull cleaning equipment
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Previous janitorial, floor care, custodial, housekeeping, or cleaning experience is helpful but not required
