American Made Cannabis is a woman-owned Minnesota dispensary built on historic roots and modern cannabis — proudly serving Winona and the Minnesota–Wisconsin–Iowa tri-state corridor from a beautifully restored 1898 brick storefront in the heart of downtown.

We are searching for a Dispensary Manager to own daily operations, build and develop a great team, and set the standard for compliance, service, and culture as we launch.

• Daily retail operations, sales performance and KPIs
• Compliance with Minnesota Office of Cannabis Management requirements
• Inventory controls, audits, cash handling and loss prevention
• Recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, coaching the team
• Inspection readiness and community engagement

• 21 years old with a HS diploma or GED
• Two or more years of management experience in retail, hospitality, healthcare or cannabis
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Availability for evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
• Cannabis experience and knowledge of MN regulations a plus

• $25–$28 per hour
• Full-time
• Downtown Winona, MN
• Immediate hire – opens June 26th
