1st Shift - Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 4:30pm
Rate of Pay: $22.49 per hour

The Watkins Company has an opening for a Full Time, Material Handler, located in our Winona, MN location. The duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
- Loads and unloads trailers and stages incoming material in the correct location.
- Utilizes the inventory management system to maintain all records; monitors and understands the Bill of Materials, opening and closing of jobs, material transfers, and the shipping and receiving processes.
- Utilizes and processes all documents effecting inventory such as shipping orders, receiving tickets, reworks, warehouse replenishment, adjustments, and stock status reports.
- Arranges inventory in an orderly and logical manner and physically moves or rearranges inventory as required.
- Performs cycle counts.
- Transports and transfers raw and finished materials and finished goods utilizing material handling equipment and elevators.
- Ensures accurate reporting of raw and finished materials and finished goods while following procedural requirements.
- High School Diploma or GED and demonstrate applicable reading and math skills.
- Previous manufacturing experience working with material handling equipment.
- Previous experience working with an inventory management system (Net Suite) - Preferred.
- The ability to adapt to changing working environments.
- Strong problem solving skills and utilize deductive reasoning to evaluate solutions.
- Demonstrate basic proficiency in computer skills.
- Successfully complete and pass a strength assessment examination and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
