The Press Feeder/2nd Press Operator is an essential member of the team, responsible for the manufacturing of printed labels while continuously monitoring label quality and press conditions.

• Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 hourly DOE
• Shifts Available: 1st

• Adhere to all plant and corporate safety rules, procedures, and guidelines, and report safety concerns to supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and area by completing daily housekeeping assignments.
• Complete make‑ready according to the Job Ticket and Product Specification documents to ensure correct print cylinders, inks, substrates, tooling, and anilox rollers are used.
• Complete all required quality checks related to product specifications, visual, and functional checks.
• Complete all press‑side quality checks.
• Operate press to produce product in accordance with customer specifications while maintaining quality, waste, and press efficiency.
• Maintain consistent quality during the production run; conduct critical quality checks including copy, color, registration, and ink adhesion and ensure conformance to all other quality checks.
• Complete all related procedures, work instructions, and quality measurements as outlined in the BRC standard.
• Complete press make‑ready efficiently.
• Complete all required equipment maintenance duties; clean plate, cylinder, and ink pans, and lubricate press as needed.
• Input all required information into the Radius system for material usage and time accurately and promptly.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years as a printing press operator experience and/or training is a plus (not required).
• Physical demands: standing, using hands to feel and touch; reach with arms and hands; talk and hear; frequent walking; occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; must be able to regularly lift or move up to 50 pounds.
