Material Handler

We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our Shipping & Receiving team in Winona, MN
. In this hands‑on role, you’ll help keep operations running smoothly by managing inventory, preparing shipments, and ensuring materials flow efficiently throughout the facility.

Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday

Pay: $18-$22/hr, based on experience

Job Duties of a Material Handler:

• Receive incoming freight, inspect for damage, and resolve freight claims
• Verify and process incoming materials from suppliers
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment
• Maintain accurate inventory records in our electronic (MRP) system
• Perform cycle counts and help resolve inventory discrepancies
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages
• Build pallets/skids and properly secure shipments
• Kit parts and stage materials for production or shipment
• Ensure materials are properly labeled and stored
