Prepares product for systems level assembly to include unpacking, set‑up assembly, final packaging and repair as required.
Responsibilities- Access appropriate paperwork and necessary drawings for each job assignment.
- Verify kits, enter batch lot information, package and label accessory items according to documented instructions.
- Use appropriate mats and all required tooling.
- Check equipment (torque wrenches, screwdrivers, etc.) to ensure proper performance.
- Follow manufacturing routings and process instructions under close supervision.
- Assemble a variety of systems integration sub‑assemblies.
- Notify leadership of any shutdown situations.
- Enter data into Process Feedback System (PFS) and link sub‑assemblies to final unit.
- Enter quantities into Operations Complete (Baan) when required.
- Ensure work quality meets or exceeds customer satisfaction.
- Mentor and assist less qualified operators.
- Build sub‑assemblies, add labels per manufacturing instructions and schematic drawings.
- Perform systems integration-specific hand solder and inspection operations per documented instructions.
- Perform F‑cert function to ensure final units have passed through all necessary operations.
- Perform final inspection of unit to ensure no visible defects, wipe down unit as needed.
- Add user manuals, accessory packs, cables, labels, etc. per documented instructions.
- Assist manufacturing engineering in basic prototype and pre‑production builds.
- Use manufacturing routings and process instructions under moderate supervision.
- Mentor other co‑workers in assembly activities.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; 1+ years of experience in basic SI assembly on new build lines, sub‑assembly or final assembly.
- Demonstrate good component recognition skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Effective interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Discretion, confidentiality and professionalism when representing the company.
- Ability to support a 24/7 global business operation as required.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
- Ability to work with diverse groups.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities.
- Basic reading, writing and math skills.

Shift: Shift 2 (M‑Th 15:45‑01:30)
Work Hours: Full Time
Compensation$15.83 to $18.50 USD per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
