Multistack is seeking experienced Brazers to join our team in Winona, MN! The successful candidate will be responsible for working with a variety of materials to create custom metal parts and components. This role is ideal for individuals with backgrounds in fabrication, metalworking, or a related field.

We have full-time and part-time positions available on 1st shift (7:00 am – 3:30 pm) Monday – Friday. All new hires are eligible to receive a $1,000 bonus after 30 days of perfect attendance, a quarterly productivity bonus if quota is met, and one week vacation after 6 months of perfect attendance.

• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical drawings to create custom metal parts and components
• Prepare and heat metal parts and components
• Braze together components to assemble fabricated metal parts using a torch
• Examine seams and re-braze defective joints

• Previous experience in brazing of copper tubing
• Desire to learn
• Ability to use hand tools
• Self‑motivated and detail‑oriented
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a manufacturing environment
