Salary: $24.260 - $30.330 USD per hour

Summary: The Manufacturing Technician provides and supports manufacturing equipment, materials and processes to production to ensure products are assembled efficiently, meeting customer quality and on‑time delivery specifications.

• Creates and maintains machine programs and profiles for new and existing product
• Aids in maintaining product routings, drawing packets, and interpreting instructions/specifications for manufacturing operators
• Troubleshoots operator problems, works with leadership on training and process improvements
• Communicates problems to Engineers and/or leaders
• Assists in testing and qualification for new equipment, materials, and processes
• Assists in performing experiments for failure analysis and root cause analysis
• Recommends additional equipment needs to leadership and/or Test Engineers for product debug areas
• Participates in Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen continuous improvement activities
• Complies with all company security policies and procedures
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
• Works on problems of moderate scope requiring analysis of situations or data across a variety of factors, exercising judgment within defined procedures to determine appropriate action
• Builds productive internal/external working relationships
• Develops professional expertise, applying company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues
• Receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments

• 5+ years of experience with ability to effectively train diverse groups
• Good analytical skills, ability to assimilate a wide range of data and form
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Effective interpersonal, multitasking, organization and prioritization skills
• Demonstrated high attention to detail
• Ability to work with diverse groups
• Discretion, confidentiality, independent judgment and professionalism
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, exercising discretion and independent judgment
• Understanding of and ability to use continuous improvement tools
• Strong customer service and client focus
• Working knowledge of productivity tools, including Microsoft Office and Web Ex conferencing software
• 2‑year Engineering or Technical degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to support a 24/7 global business operation as required
