Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our team. This role is responsible for operating machining equipment, solving complex machining challenges, and supporting production with high-quality, efficient work. This is a hands‑on role for a skilled machinist who can think critically and contribute to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Set up and operate machining equipment
- Analyze and solve machining and production challenges
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Ensure parts meet precise specifications and tolerances
- Perform inspections using measuring tools
- Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance
- Support multiple operations in a fast‑paced production environment
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area - Contribute ideas to improve processes and efficiency
- Proven experience as a machinist
- Strong problem‑solving, deductive reasoning, and decision‑making skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multitasking environment
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to pass a drug screen
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Associate’s degree or technical certification in machining or related field
- 6 months to 1+ year of related machining experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
