We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our team. This role is responsible for operating machining equipment, solving complex machining challenges, and supporting production with high-quality, efficient work. This is a hands‑on role for a skilled machinist who can think critically and contribute to continuous improvement.

• Set up and operate machining equipment
• Analyze and solve machining and production challenges
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Ensure parts meet precise specifications and tolerances
• Perform inspections using measuring tools
• Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance
• Support multiple operations in a fast‑paced production environment
  
  Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Contribute ideas to improve processes and efficiency

• Proven experience as a machinist
• Strong problem‑solving, deductive reasoning, and decision‑making skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multitasking environment
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to pass a drug screen
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Associate’s degree or technical certification in machining or related field
• 6 months to 1+ year of related machining experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
